I admire people who are at home with themselves, not distracted or looking to what others think of them.  And what a journey it is for me to truly be myself.

Hurdle one.  Trying to be good.

Hurdle two.  Comparing myself with others.

So today I will be at home with myself and not react so much on the dramas enacted around me by my fellow humans who are thrashing around in some version of disliking what they imagine others think of them.  So much unrest and defensiveness among us when we compare ourselves to others.

It will be enough at work today to work from my soul.

Give.  Be grateful.  But don’t lose the center.
